Great Opportunity for skaters

Information for summer training camps at Bluemountain :
WHAT: Club Training camps that are FAMILY friendly
WHEN : Camp #1- June 24, 25, 26 / 2011
Camp #2-Sept 3, 4, 5 (long weekend)/ 2011
WHERE: Bluemountain resort/ 2 hour drive door to door from Saskatoon, toward North Battelford
WHO : Training 2 Train athletes (as of this upcoming skating season) / L2C and AFL athletes and FAMILIES
WHY : Improve fitness in the process of becoming a better athlete and skater / enjoy challenging yourself and coaches / hang out with friends around a campfire
HOW : camping or hostelling depending on your preference / if you are unable to come with your family, we will match you up with a family so that you can do the camp / transportation to Bluemountain is on your own
Following is the information for:
JUNE 24/25/26 CAMP – dryland camp/ running shoes only/no bikes needed (first training session Friday at 5:00PM)
REGISTRATION DEADLINE – May 16th
COST – Camping – $2.50 per night per person
Use of Bluemountain area – $5.00 per day
Hostel – $10.00 per night per person
Food – if staying with a chaperone family, cost TBD
( Zip line and Paintball are extra personal expenses )
COACH – Olivier Larocque and others
CHAPERONE/ COOK – 2 families are needed for this, please volunteer !
The skaters will be put into appropriate training groups based on physical developement and fitness levels. It will be CHALLENGING and FUN !
